Lineage is currently searching for a Treasury Senior Analyst – Capital Structure & Reporting to join our growing team. Ideal candidates possess experience and/or education in finance or accounting. Successful candidates also have strong technical skills, natural curiosity and the ability to thrive in a highly collaborative team environment. You will partner closely with various cross-functional teams within Lineage to report out and analyze Lineage’s long-term liquidity as well as take ownership of Lineage’s capital structure. As a critical member of the Treasury team, you will need to be highly effective at facilitating and leading cross-functional projects.
Responsibilities of the Treasury Senior Analyst – Capital Structure & Reporting
Develop and own Lineage’s high-level cash, leverage, and interest forecasting model, including scenario analysis related to potential financing transactionsAssist in the development of Lineage’s hedging strategy and execution of interest & F/X hedges, including maintenance of ISDAs & analysis of hedge effectsSupport Lineage’s future investment grade credit offerings, including liaising with bankers and attorneys to assist in investor presentations and regulatory filingsPublish accurate and timely reporting packs related to cash flow, interest, leverage, and debt positioning, including analysis of all relevant variancesAssist with SEC reporting, including Treasury-specific areas of Forms 10K, 10Q, and investor presentations for both equity and fixed income investorsProduce covenant reporting packages according to Lineage’s credit requirements and monitor all unreported covenants for complianceReport Lineage’s share count for each class of shares, including forecasting future share countsAssist in the development of a Treasury-specific KPI dashboard, including assistance in defining KPIs and contentAnalyze and report on Treasury cost center financial resultsDevelop Treasury board materialsAssist in development of capital structure-related policies such as a formal leverage policy and lease vs. buy guidelinesContribute to special projects and ad hoc analysis requestsRequired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance3+ years of progressive experience in treasury or a related fieldWorking understanding of US GAAP cash flows and financial statement modeling & analysisExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organizationStrong verbal and written communication skillsWell organized, flexible, and able to produce high quality work under tight deadlinesPreferred Qualifications
CPA, CTP, or similar professional qualificationsFamiliarity with Workday and Adaptive InsightsKnowledge of treasury management system capabilities and architecture, preferably KyribaAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft office suiteWhy Lineage?
