Join a leading international firm in the energy sector as a Senior Transition Manager HSE. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in health, safety, and environmental management while ensuring a safe and compliant workplace in Nanterre, France.

Role Overview

Lead the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) team to ensure compliance with regulations and standards. Conduct weekly meetings with team members to discuss ongoing projects and initiatives. Oversee security service providers and manage site access control. Plan and execute crisis management exercises, including evacuation drills. Validate and update the Document Unique for workplace safety. Monitor accident statistics and implement corrective actions. Drive the certification process for ISO 45001 and ISO 22301. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain comprehensive risk assessment documentation. Serve as a liaison with external authorities on safety and environmental matters. Support the digitalization of HSE processes and tools.

Skills & Qualifications

Fluency in English (written and spoken). In-depth knowledge of environmental regulations and monitoring practices. Experience with ISO 22301 (Business Continuity Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety). Strong analytical skills for risk identification and problem-solving. Excellent communication skills for training and awareness programs. Ability to formalize processes and procedures for organizational efficiency.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, or a related field. Certifications in ISO 22301, ISO 45001, or similar standards are highly desirable. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management within a corporate environment.
