Senior Transit Consultant

We are looking for driven and experienced commercial and technical expertise, to provide leading advisory services to key transportation clients delivering major passenger rail upgrades in the Greater Toronto & Hamilton Area. As a leader within our program and project teams, you’ll provide client facing solutions within complex delivery environments, establishing best practice and enabling our client to make informed decisions, across a range of technical and commercial driven activities. We’ll help you grow, pursue and fulfill what inspires you - so we can make big impacts on the world, together. • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Project Management, or related technical field • Must have current and relevant Transit / Rail experience • At least 10+ years experience within a technical/commercial field • A solid understanding of building construction, timelines, and practices • Experience across multiple contract delivery models, including, but not limited to Progressive Design Build, Construction Manager At Risk, Public-Private Partnerships (P3) & traditional Design Build contracts • Proficiency with Commercial systems spreadsheets, word processing software, databases and report writers • Experience with commercial governance, through option analysis to funding and management of contracts • Experience with technical reviews, adopting current standards • Strong communication skills and understanding of technical terminology.
