We’ll help you grow, pursue and fulfill what inspires you - so we can make big impacts on the world, together. • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Project Management, or related technical field • Must have current and relevant Transit / Rail experience • At least 10+ years experience within a technical/commercial field • A solid understanding of building construction, timelines, and practices • Experience across multiple contract delivery models, including, but not limited to Progressive Design Build, Construction Manager At Risk, Public-Private Partnerships (P3) & traditional Design Build contracts • Proficiency with Commercial systems spreadsheets, word processing software, databases and report writers • Experience with commercial governance, through option analysis to funding and management of contracts • Experience with technical reviews, adopting current standards • Strong communication skills and understanding of technical terminology.
