The position
In this position, you will be responsible for training assignment and for ensuring a robust training setup within the area.
Your main tasks will be:
Handle and manage new training and training needs in the area making sure it is up to date Ensure efficient approach to training and continuously optimising content Ensure compliance, especially in relation to GLP Communicate and conduct training within the training processes IT Support related to training Participate and prepare for audits and inspections in area

In Early Development Business Support, we provide Research & Early Development with quality, compliance, and operational business support. The department consists of 16 dedicated and highly engaged employees with a broad range of competencies. We share a mission to enable scientists and technicians to focus on science while safeguarding our licence to operate. Our culture is one of high empowerment, with a strong focus on driving change ultimately for the benefit of the patient.
Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:
Experience in working with learning and training activities. Knowledge within GxP is a strong advantage. Skilled and confident with IT systems such as Microsoft Office-package Fluency in English on a business levelAs a person you are a team player with good communication skills and a strong quality and compliance mindset. You work independently, are proactive, and take on challenges confidently.
