What You Can Expect

As Senior Training Manager, Sales Academy EMEA, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing our sales force – from Sales Representatives to Sales Managers and other key commercial roles. Your mission will be to deliver training programs that strengthen business acumen, selling skills, and leadership competencies, all while aligning with our \"Road to Excellence\" framework.

You’ll collaborate closely with regional leaders, marketing, compliance, and external partners to ensure training content is impactful, engaging, and business-driven.

How You'll Create Impact Design and deliver engaging, strategic training in key areas such as Coaching, Stakeholder Mapping, Selling Skills, Account Segmentation & Planning, and Business Acumen.Customize learning solutions based on needs identified in partnership with ZB commercial teams.Develop self-paced, digital learning content through platforms like Loop.Communicate training initiatives via internal newsletters, LinkedIn, and Loop updates.Measure training effectiveness across all formats, using standardized KPIs and impact metrics.Collaborate cross-functionally with regional leaders, Marketing, Compliance, and more.Identify and grow a network of internal ambassadors to foster a learning culture.Drive tool adoption before, during, and after training programs.Report regularly on progress and ROI of learning initiatives to senior leadership.Continuously refine programs to meet evolving commercial needs across EMEA.What Makes You Stand Out You’re an engaging facilitator and trusted advisor with strong interpersonal and communication skills.You blend creativity with business discipline to design high-impact learning experiences.You thrive in dynamic, international, matrixed environments.You have a proven ability to influence and lead change – even with skeptical or diverse audiences.You’re driven by metrics, KPIs, and clear performance outcomes.You bring a strategic mindset paired with a deep curiosity for learning and growth.Your Background Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Education, Business, or a related field (MSc/MBA preferred).2–5 years of commercial experience in a sales or customer-facing environment, ideally within medical devices/healthcare.Strong record of planning and delivering training programs that drive behavioral and business outcomes.Understanding of complex decision-making processes within hospitals and healthcare systems.Experience working internationally and in matrix organizations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office/iOS tools; experience with CRM tools, LMS platforms, and Articulate360 is a plus.Fluent English is a must. Fluency in French and/or Italian and/or German is highly preferred. Additional European languages are an asset.Travel Expectations

This role requires travel up to 50% across the EMEA region.
