Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. **Role Definition:** This position will design courses and deliver training on CAT products to support employee effectiveness and productivity. Also, manage the training administration process and analyse the training needs of employees to develop the training calendar plan. **Qualifications:** + Electrical, Mechanical or Automobile engineers with 5 - 8 years of experience in engineering or customer support functions. + Experience in delivering training on Heavy Earthmoving Equipment. + Demonstrated capabilities on the training development processes, delivery, training needs analysis and training material production techniques + Excellent communications and presentation skills are essential for this position to work with wide range of participants. **Responsibilities:** Design and deliver training sessions on Caterpillar Engines and Machines to employees Coordinate technical training and training logistics for internal and external training sessions. Analyze the training expectations and develop training material on CAT products and Systems Actively participate in the process improvement discussions with internal trainers and facilitate training on core engineering subjects. Conduct training needs analyses to resolve training performance issues and recommend appropriate course of action Recommend training strategies, development activities, etc. to improve effectiveness of all levels of employees. Develop new training processes and customize the training and development programs. Research technical information and new material to be used in updating and developing new course presentations, practical tests and associated assessments. Research the state-of-the-art education and training delivery systems and methodologies to determine application appropriateness for the organization. Collaborate with various tech communities and the industry for continuous update on the engineering and product development functions. **Skill Descriptors** Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
