1.    Familiar with all existing functions on the E-learning platform

1.    Make yearly and monthly training calendar according to the yearly training plan
2.    Collect and evaluate training feedback, track and reinforce kinds of training results 
3.    Monitor employee training completion status and make employee training archive

1.    Communicate with different departments and facilitate training preparation, like training venue and administration
