Lead planning and permitting for traffic, transportation, land development, and infrastructure projects Manage multiple projects, budgets, schedules, and deliverables; assist with invoicing and billing Analyze project feasibility and oversee preparation of reports, plans, and specifications Draft and edit proposals, reports, and technical documents Support business development by identifying new opportunities and attending client meetings Supervise and mentor junior staff; assist with hiring and team development Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams across disciplines and locations Contribute to technical presentations and author content for internal and external publications Perform additional duties as needed

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering; Master’s in Traffic/Transportation is a plus Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) 10+ years of experience in traffic engineering and transportation planning Skilled in traffic impact studies, signal warrants, parking and driveway design, and signal systems Familiar with state permitting and DOT protocols for traffic and highway design Strong public speaking skills; experience with public testimony is a plus Proven ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and budgets Knowledge of AutoCAD and MicroStation preferred Experience mentoring and managing staff Excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills Able to work independently and collaboratively Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; willing to travel and perform field work

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $53000.00 - $83000.00/yr.
