Qualifications:

1. Bachelors in Civil Engineering.

2. 10 -12 years Traffic Management experience is essential

3. Work Experience: 12+ years in similar capacity

1. Evaluate the project road network in its current state to identify any gaps according to the methodology that will be used for evaluating road status.

2. Prepare a detailed project plan for the inspection.

3. Conducting inspections at locations where traffic accidents occur frequently.

4. Prepare a Road Safety Audit (RSA) manual for the project to use as a reference.

5. Reviewing road design plans from various departments within the project for road safety audits in accordance with the approved Road Safety Audit (RSA) manual.

6. Inspect all existing traffic diversion in the project at least once a week.

7. Identify black spots where traffic accidents occur frequently.
