Meaningful Work From Day One
Proposes, negotiates and coordinates activations/activities aligned with the marketing , sales team and extern clients. Coordinates resources to ensure correct field execution, with the aim of increasing takeaway and prominence of our brands aligned to the Trade Mkt plan.
What You Can Expect
Assures the correct execution of the TMK Plan including loyalty program, visibility plans, POP materials, sales force contests and all plans aimed to increase takeaway aligned to Brown-Forman Mexico policies and procedures.Manages, keeps track and controls budget through intern systems, ensuring a proper execution at the point of sales, aligned with the annual company strategy. Participates in the construction and planning of the Trade Mkt calendar.Provides support to the Sales Channels and extern clients for controlling, managing, and administrating activities budget.In-plant training related to shopper marketing activities such as product launching, tastings and plan execution. Monthly market visits (depending on the season) to check on our activities as well as our competitors.Follows up on contests for its channel's sales force, aligning with the rules and ensuring compliance.Negotiates continuously with suppliers to get the best resources and costs aligned with our purchasing department.Channel POP material inventory administration.
What You Bring to the Table
Experience: 3 to 5 years in similar Trade / Shopper Marketing, Sales or Sales Operations positions.
Familiarity with negotiating compromises with stakeholders and striving to reach the most beneficial agreements for the company. May involve building relationships with suppliers and customers, as well as ensuring products are profitable..
Proactive, forthcoming and with initiative, decision maker.
Ability to achieve goals in a timely manner while providing excellent client service
Flexibility and adaptability to change.
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, meet deadlines and simultaneously develop, deploy, and coordinate multiple projects
