Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual who excels in a fast-moving, professional, and dynamic setting to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently while demonstrating strong customer service and communication skills. Leadership by example and the ability to inspire others are essential.

Primary Responsibilities

Ensure clear and effective communication internally and with Tradewin customersResearch regulations related to Customs and Partner Government AgenciesPrepare comprehensive analyses and advisory reportsAssess importer compliance with U.S. Customs regulationsManage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlinesContribute to ongoing process improvements within the departmentWork efficiently both independently and collaboratively within a team

QualificationsBachelor’s degree preferredU.S. Customs Broker license preferred, but not requiredMinimum of 5 years of trade compliance experienceStrong written and verbal communication skills. Able to convey complex information to all organizational levels, including executives and clients.Strong research skillsProficient in Microsoft Word and ExcelWillingness to travel occasionally
