Become an integral part of leading strategic development of sales tools that accelerates decisions and business growth by joining the OpEx team as a Senior Tools Administrator. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and scalability of critical business platforms, while supporting user needs, driving tool adoption, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts. A successful candidate will work with leadership and business teams across the organization to help improve, optimize or implement sales tools in alignment to the T&M BU strategy for growth.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Administer, configure, and maintain tools that are supporting sales business (e.g., Kimble, Salesloft, Showpad, etc.). Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Implement and manage system integrations, data flows, and automation processes. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and data integrity. Define and enforce governance, data standards, and change control processes. Lead or support system upgrades, migrations, and implementation of new features/modules. Provide advanced user support and training; act as the SME for supported platforms. Document configurations, procedures, and system architecture. Partner with security, compliance, and IT teams to ensure platforms meet regulatory and corporate requirements. Mentor junior administrators and support team development.

For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. 5+ years of experience in tools administration or a similar role. Solid understanding of business processes and tool alignment. Experience with data integration, and scripting (e.g., Python, Apex). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Superb communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Deep knowledge of at least one major enterprise tool (e.g., Salesforce Admin certification, Atlassian Admin skills, Kimble).
