Senior Toll Specialist
Job Description:

JOB OVERVIEW The Violations Specialist process incoming violation (citation) notices for payment, mail violation materials, and respond to customer inquiries. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Process incoming violation notices and make payments according to lessee/violation authority requirements & operating system process.Process violations per the department processEnsure accurate and complete entry of data and violation comments.Bill clients and assemble paperwork to forward violations to drivers, client or toll provider per client profile and system instructions.Investigate and respond to driver/client inquires regarding the Violations product, process, payment application, and registration issues stemming from a violation.Process daily mail and scan or distribute according to violation type and department.Research, interpret and respond to all client requests and assigned Sales Force cases within department SLA.Research jurisdictional changes that could impact the Violations product and process.Assist with processing violations for Toll ManagementWork with Compliance services to complete or correct any inaccurate or missing license plate information.Process single or multiple plate violations and bulk import violations.Work with department Senior specialists on questions or when needing assistance.Follow-up on unfinished work to completionIdentify any violations or events which do not follow the existing process or where a client may be negatively impacted and escalate to Senior or supervisor for guidance.Assist department and company in meeting and exceeding client expectations.Assist with creation of SOPs to document existing processes LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIESThis position has no leadership responsibilities. COMPETENCIES - SKILLS Work in a virtual or in person group. Read and follow instructions. Work in multiple applications throughout the workday. Ability to work in a fast paced, high-volume environment. Strong customer service skills Ability to research and resolve problems. Work independently and in a team environment. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE One year office or customer service experience High School Diploma required Intermediate data entry skills and experience with Microsoft Excel, Access, and Outlook Experience with Virtual team technology JOB SPECIFICATIONS, PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT Work Environment: This position is in Alpharetta, GA or Des Plaines, IL and operates in a professional office environment. Position Type/Standard Schedule: This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Travel: Occasional travel (less than 10%) is expected for this position to visit with client. Pay Range:

$31,400-$44,000

The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan which is based on company performance and individual performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience, education, certifications, skill level and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
