What You’ll Do

Setting sales targets and implementingMeeting & exceeding sales goalsWorking alongside the team to draw up strategies to increase customer baseProvide accurate sales forecast and allocating resources so targets are metManaging a network of vendors and suppliersBuild up & maintain excellent relationships with customers that are built on trustConducting market research and sharing findings with the teamProvide product demonstration to staff & clientsRepresent the company effectively by developing comprehensive knowledge of its offeringsMaximize sales performance through strong relationships with clients and awareness of their needs and lifestylesAchieve monthly, and annual sales and activity quotasConduct incisive and insightful research of markets and competitorsDevelop and maintain thorough knowledge of the company and its products, research consumer needs, and identify how our solutions can address those needsUtilize Salesforce tools to ensure standardardized process throughout all stages of a sale

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in medical science or equivalentMin 2 years' experience in healthcare, TMTI – Mitraclip experience will be a plusUnderstanding of SH (or similar) product lines and solid understanding of business, financials, products/services, the marketWell organized, capable of juggling multiple projects and accustomed to tight deadlines.Excellent personal computer skills including MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point.Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environmentExperience to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environmentExcellent interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skillsCustomer- and results- oriented, self-starter
