**What You’ll Do**
+ Setting sales targets and implementing
+ Meeting & exceeding sales goals
+ Working alongside the team to draw up strategies to increase customer base
+ Provide accurate sales forecast and allocating resources so targets are met
+ Managing a network of vendors and suppliers
+ Build up & maintain excellent relationships with customers that are built on trust
+ Conducting market research and sharing findings with the team
+ Provide product demonstration to staff & clients
+ Represent the company effectively by developing comprehensive knowledge of its offerings
+ Maximize sales performance through strong relationships with clients and awareness of their needs and lifestyles
+ Achieve monthly, and annual sales and activity quotas
+ Conduct incisive and insightful research of markets and competitors
+ Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the company and its products, research consumer needs, and identify how our solutions can address those needs
+ Utilize Salesforce tools to ensure standardardized process throughout all stages of a sale
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in medical science or equivalent
+ Min 2 years' experience in healthcare, TMTI – Mitraclip experience will be a plus
+ Understanding of SH (or similar) product lines and solid understanding of business, financials, products/services, the market
+ Well organized, capable of juggling multiple projects and accustomed to tight deadlines.
+ Excellent personal computer skills including MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point.
+ Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment
+ Experience to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment
+ Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills
+ Customer- and results- oriented, self-starter
