Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for execution of laboratory and field validation testing, inspection and data acquisition for use in the design andvalidation of products and services. Responsible for design and construction of test facilities, instrumentation systems and thedevelopment of test software specifically Radar Cross Section testing and testing requiring vectored thrust measurementDeveloping specialized knowledge in their discipline. Serves as best practice/quality resource. Has awareness of latesttechnical developments in own area. Contributes towards strategy and policy development, and ensure delivery within area ofresponsibility.Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition andthe factors that differentiate them in the marketUses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/productmanagement, manufacturing, technology or engineering. Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technicalexperience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Uses multiple internal and limited external sourcesoutside of own function to arrive at decisions.Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with moderate risks and resourcerequirements. Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree accredited  college or university  +  Minimum of 5 years of (Engineering/Technology & Testing) experience . (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 10 years of experience in Engineering/Technology & Testing ).Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance.
