Today, we continue to lead because we have a world-class, diverse workforce that puts the customer at the center of everything we do. **About the role** **Job Purpose:** To lead and coordinate testing, commissioning, inspection, and maintenance-related activities for EMABS systems, ensuring compliance with standards and efficient handover to maintenance teams. **Key Responsibilities:** + Act as coordinator and leader for venue-related works. + Participate in and witness testing and commissioning of EMABS systems. + Record and manage defect rectification lists during inspections. + Inspect completion of outstanding works and defects. + Provide technical advice on system settings, control logic, reliability, maintenance access, equipment delivery, replacement methods, and operation arrangements. + Conduct fault analysis, manage system handover, and handle enquiries with contractors and EMSD maintenance teams. + Coordinate with EMSD inspectors and stakeholders (e.g., Hospital Authority, Housing Authority, ArchSD, consultants, contractors, building users). + Monitor operational performance of EMABS installations during the Defect Liability Period (DLP). + Perform additional duties as instructed by the Engineer or representatives. **Minimum Qualifications:** + Higher Certificate or above in Building Services, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. + Minimum 30 years of experience in testing and commissioning or supervisory roles in EMABS system operation and maintenance. + Experience with HKSAR Government documentation and hospital projects is highly preferred. + Valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate or equivalent. + Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. + Basic spoken and written English and Chinese. **Employment Details:** Employment Type: Full-time Contract period: 18 months Contract after employment confirmation.
