This position is Hybrid-3 days a week in Atlanta, GA Create User Acceptance Test (UAT) Scenarios: Develop comprehensive business scenarios for various projects.Collaborate with Business Analysts to understand and analyze complex requirements. + Test Case Design and Execution: Design, create, and execute UAT test cases.Identify necessary data for testing.Analyze test results and report on key metrics. + Planning and Validation: Participate in PI (Program Increment) planning.Engage in Post Production Validation (PPV) planning, design, and execution.Support activities leading up to and including the actual deployment date, and provide support beyond deployment. Qualifications: + 4+ yrs of Experience + Proven experience in UAT and QA processes. + Strong analytical skills. + Excellent communication skills for liaising with cross-functional teams. + Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: + Ensure the quality and integrity of software systems through rigorous testing. + Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and outcomes. **Salary:** The base salary range for this position is $92,250-171,321 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
