Test Specialist - Silicon Platform Validation
Job Summary
The Test Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of silicon platforms by analyzing business requirements to derive tests and managing test deliverables throughout all test phases. This role is pivotal in maintaining enterprise business standards and achieving high-quality outcomes within stipulated timelines, utilizing resources effectively. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Design And Execute Comprehensive Test Plans And Test Cases Specifically For Silicon Platform Validation, Ensuring Thorough Coverage Of All Software Modules And Features.
2. Develop And Implement Automated Testing Scripts Using Python And Relevant Automation Tools To Enhance Test Efficiency And Increase Coverage Across Functional, Regression, Usability, And Api Testing.
3. Identify, Reproduce, And Document Software Defects In Silicon Platforms According To Established Procedures, Ensuring Clear Communication And Tracking Of Issues.
4. Proactively Collaborate With Development Teams To Analyze, Prioritize, And Verify Defect Resolutions, Participating Actively In Test Reviews To Promote Continuous Improvement And Best Practices In Silicon Validation Processes.
5. Stay Current With The Latest Trends In Silicon Testing Technologies And Contribute To The Development And Maintenance Of Test Automation Frameworks And Libraries To Streamline Validation Efforts.Skill Requirements
1. Expert Proficiency In Silicon Platform Validation Methodologies And Practices.
2. Advanced Skills In Python Programming And Automation Frameworks.
