**Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Test Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Web App Test Metrics and Reporting SNOW Testing Tools and Frameworks Manual E2E BPA Rally HP ALM Jira and Basic Programming. This role requires domain expertise in Finance & Accounting and Devices/SPM. The position is work from office with day shifts and travel may be required. **Responsibilities** + Lead the testing efforts for web applications ensuring high-quality deliverables. + Oversee the creation and execution of test plans and test cases. + Provide detailed test metrics and reporting to stakeholders. + Utilize SNOW for managing incidents and changes related to testing. + Implement and maintain testing tools and frameworks. + Conduct manual end-to-end business process automation testing. + Use Rally for agile project management and tracking. + Manage test cases and defects using HP ALM. + Track and report testing progress using Jira. + Apply basic programming skills to enhance testing processes. + Ensure compliance with Finance & Accounting domain requirements. + Oversee testing for Devices/SPM domain projects. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. + Provide mentorship and guidance to junior testers. + Ensure that all testing activities align with the companys goals and objectives. + Travel as required to support project needs. **Qualifications** + Must have experience in Web App testing. + Must be proficient in Test Metrics and Reporting. + Must have experience with SNOW. + Must be skilled in various Testing Tools and Frameworks. + Must have experience in Manual E2E BPA. + Must be familiar with Rally. + Must have experience with HP ALM. + Must be proficient in Jira. + Must have basic programming skills. + Must have domain expertise in Finance & Accounting. + Must have domain expertise in Devices/SPM. + Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills. **Certifications Required** ISTQB Certified Tester Certified Software Test Professional (CSTP) Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity, champions equity and values inclusion.
