Use your insights and deep knowledge to teach and inspire your colleagues to drive the acceptance process. + **Automation development** : Design and implement automated test frameworks in Phyton, collaborating closely with software developers to integrate testing seamlessly into the development process. + **Software Verification & Validation** : Ensure system integrity by setting up routines and work processes that test and verify software through the development process before release. + **Hands-On hardware and software testing:** Engage directly and test our products, ensuring that our delivery to our customer meets our high standards **.** + **Test design & execution** : Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive tests plans and test cases that meet project/customer requirements and specifications. + **Issue resolution** : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reproduce, analyze, and resolve complex issues. + **Quality leadership:** Champion best practices in testing, continuously driving improvements in, tools, processes, and methodologies. **What you bring (Must have)** + **Education:** Master’s degree in computer science, Embedded Systems, Electronics, or a related field. + **Embedded systems experience:** Proven track record of testing and validating embedded software and hardware solutions. + **Automation expertise:** hands-on experience driving transition from manual to automated testing, with solid skills in test framework development. + **Programing proficiency:** Strong coding ability in Python (or similar high -level languages) for automation scripting. + **System-level testing:** Experience testing across both hardware and software environments, ensuring seamless system integration. + **Tool knowledge:** Familiar with version control (e.g., Git), bug tracking (e.g., Jira) and test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr). + **CI/CD Practices:** Knowledge of modern continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines and automated test environments. + **Passion for technology:** A genuine drive to explore, learn, and apply new tools and methods in testing and quality assurance. + **Language skills:** Excellent written and spoken English **Your Profile** + **Structured & Detail-Oriented:** You have a systematic approach to work and ensure nothing is overlooked. + **Accountable:** You take ownership of tasks and deliver high-quality results on time. + **Curious & Innovative:** You enjoy problem-solving, exploring new tools, and finding smarter ways to test and improve systems. + **Proactive Collaborator:** You take initiative, share knowledge, and work effectively with cross-functional teams. + **Quality-Driven Mindset:** You care deeply about building reliable, secure, and high-performing solutions. **Security & Eligibility Requirements** Due to the sensitive nature of our work in the defense industry: + You must be able to work in Sweden and pass a security background check. + The role requires access to export-controlled information or items under ITAR/EAR regulations.
