The Toolkit Digital Enablement team provides the OutSystems platform to a global audience of developers inside HEINEKEN. The key responsibilities of the team are to deliver a stable mature platform, by providing best practises, standardisation and re-usable components as well as maintaining a scalable (Azure) infrastructure setup. The team is the global Centre of Excellence (COE) regarding all topics OutSystems and supports a growing community of developers in creating the best possible solutions. The main responsibility of the Product Architect – OutSystems is to define the technical direction of the platform and provide guidance on how to best design and develop solutions on the global platform.

Your responsibilities would include:

- working as part of a product team that provides the OutSystems platform and tooling to the rest of HEINEKEN as well as the central development team that delivers OutSystems solutions for the organisation

- working with Global Architecture to define the positioning of OutSystems

- translating Global Architecture guidance to guidance and documentation for OutSystems development teams

- designing solution architecture for new global solutions

- leading the technical decision making around the OutSystems platforms

- leading tool selections in case of a need for different technology regarding OutSystems infrastructure and SDLC Enabling IT teams to increase their product quality while getting maximum value from the services and platforms provided

- acting as subject matter expert in the solutions we offer to our internal HEINEKEN stakeholders.

 

You are a good candidate if you have:

 

- a bachelor’s or a master’s degree, preferably in the technical or related field

- at least 5 years of experience working with OutSystems

- certification as an OutSystems Architecture Specialist (O11)

- experience with managing and maintaining the OutSystems platform for a large organisation

- passion for defining and sharing best-practices and helping teams mature

- excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing): ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical people, strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills

- ambition to work with a broad spectrum of stakeholders and represent the team towards those stakeholders.

 

You are a perfect match if you also have:

 

- experience with Microsoft Azure

- experience or familiarity with the agile ways of working as described in SCRUM

- experience in working with an offshore team.
