Senior Technology Specialist
Position ProfileObjective:
Retain and expand sales revenue within assigned accounts while driving new market share in the Federal vertical.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Minimum of 5 years of successful B2B sales experience, including at least 2 years in Federal Department of Defense and Civilian sectors. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Deep understanding of sales methodologies and processes in a matrixed Federal environment. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills tailored to Federal clients. Excellent interpersonal, time management, and self-motivation skills. Proven business acumen and leadership capabilities. Ability to lead diverse teams and develop strategic account plans. Comprehensive knowledge of industry products and services. Skilled in building and maintaining relationships across business functions. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and propose solutions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Working Conditions & Physical Demands Primarily office-based with standard lighting, ventilation, and noise levels. Work is mostly sedentary but may involve walking, standing, bending, reaching, and lifting items under 10 lbs. (e.g., papers, books, files). Requires moderate dexterity for tools such as calculators and keyboards. Daily travel to customer sites is required; locations may not be accessible via public transportation.
