Senior Technology Leadership Professional

 The Senior Technology Leadership Professional is responsible for overseeing all aspects of software or hardware product delivery and performance. This role involves managing moderately complex to complex work assignments that require deep analysis of variable factors and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, technical expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to drive innovation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with design engineering and testing teams to transition products from design completion to volume production release.Conduct and oversee engineering tests to verify and validate product designs, ensuring alignment with performance and quality standards.Support product evaluation and qualification of cutting-edge technology components, contributing to innovation and market readiness.Ensure production schedules are met and products adhere to specifications and quality benchmarks.Provide technical support to resolve customer product-related issues, working closely with product engineering, quality assurance, manufacturing, and marketing teams.Analyze complex technical challenges and make strategic decisions regarding project components and technical approaches.Influence departmental strategy and contribute to long-term planning and continuous improvement initiatives.Operate with minimal direction, exercising considerable latitude in determining objectives, priorities, and execution strategies.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems).5+ years of experience in contact center technology development, delivery, or infrastructure.Strong understanding of cloud technologies used in enterprise applications or infrastructure.Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels.Experience with unit testing, mocking frameworks, and quality assurance practices.Passion for enhancing consumer experiences through technology and innovation.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP or Agile Certification (e.g., SAFe, Scrum Master, PMI-ACP).Cloud Certification (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Six Sigma Certification.Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent).Proven success in managing large-scale, cross-functional technology projects.Experience in technology strategy development, solution assessments, and enterprise planning.

Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership.
Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.

Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$106,900 - $147,000 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
