The Senior Technology Leadership Professional role within LRC&GA offers unique exposure to the business processes and strategic initiatives that support our Corporate Legal, Corporate Compliance, and Government Affairs teams. This position is responsible for maintaining and configuring software solutions that address a wide range of technical and business requirements for our partner teams. The Senior Technology Leadership Professional will develop a deep understanding of our most utilized platforms and play an integral role in daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and the design of future solutions. Additionally, this individual will be expected to comprehend our broader technology ecosystem and efficiently mobilize solutions and resources for specialized applications as needs arise. Success in this role requires the ability to quickly assess business challenges with limited information, ask insightful questions, and identify effective paths to resolution, often in collaboration with senior business leaders.
The Senior Technology Leadership Professional collaborates with experts in application, solutions, and enterprise architecture, as well as developers and business partners, forging connections across Humana to resolve issues, drive innovation, and foster collaboration. The role involves thorough analysis and research of problem statements, followed by the implementation of well-considered solutions that build context, consensus, and a sense of shared purpose. Frequently, the ability to quickly and effectively influence stakeholders—sometimes with whom there is limited familiarity—is essential to achieving positive outcomes.
