**Job Description:** Employer: Royal Appliance Manufacturing Company dba TTI Floor Care North America Title: Senior Technology Lead - Oracle Techno Functional Financials Location: 8405 IBM Drive, Charlotte, North Carolina 28262 + Design, develop, unit test, and deploy new custom business functionality for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). + Provide support for both application and business process issues for Oracle EBS Financials and Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM). + Provide support for Workday and Concur integrations. + Work on Oracle SQL and PL/SQL API’s developing forms and reports, distributed technologies, workflow, and XML Publisher. + Develop, maintain, and support business critical integrations using Boomi. + Maintain Boomi, OnBase, and legacy applications. + Maintain and support Oracle EBS applications. + Develop and test solutions in collaboration with end-users and execute production migrations. + Project delivery and managing work cycles with Azure DevOps. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related field, or foreign degree equivalent, and 7 years of relevant experience as a Technology Lead, Programmer Analyst, or alternate related acceptable occupation. Experience must include: + Integration experience with Boomi. + Creating dashboards, workbenches, and complex reports using Oracle Apex, BI Publisher, and Power BI. + Oracle financials modules, including analysis, development, and testing. + Complex financial implementation projects in Oracle Cloud ERP. + Serving as an internal subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle modules, including GL, AP, AR, TM, FA, SCM, and HCM providing feasibility analysis, solution design, and new functionality implementation. + Procure to Pay (P2P) and Order to Cash (O2C) flow. + Cross training internal users on Oracle ERP new features, functionality, and integrations and generating process maps for front-end related business processes. + Application development, including interaction with subscription service product managers/end users for requirement analysis, system analysis and design, system testing, and integration, implementation and documentation. + EBS technology components, including SQL, PL/SQL, and reports using TOAD or SQL Developer. + 20% domestic travel.
