Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant (Technical Analyst)
**About this role:** Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative **Technical Analyst** to join our _Employee Document Management (EDR)_ product team as part of _Enterprise Functions Technology/HR Technology_ . This role is critical in bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements for a .NET and SQL Server-based application that integrates with multiple enterprise systems. **In this role, you will:** + Lead or participate in providing technology initiatives for simple to moderately complex business problems within technology business systems + Contribute to the development of systems and procedures that are both cost effective and meet the relevant business requirements + Evaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of planning and direction conducted to resolve complex business problems + Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate moderately complex business problems and lead a team to provide comprehensive technological solutions + Act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition or improvement to re-engineer technical processes + Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues in order to provide technological solutions and manage both project schedules and deliverables + Coordinate communication and information flow between business and technology teams **Required Qualifications:** + 4+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education **Desired Qualifications:** + Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to gather and refine functional and non-functional requirements. + Analyze business processes and translate them into clear, actionable technical specifications. + Document user stories, use cases, workflows, and system interactions to support development and QA teams. + Facilitate requirement walkthroughs and clarification sessions with engineering and QA teams. + Coordinate with dependent teams to understand integration points, data flows, and system dependencies. + Support the product team in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release readiness. + Assist in troubleshooting and triaging issues during development and post-deployment phases. + Maintain up-to-date documentation and ensure traceability of requirements throughout the development lifecycle. + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. + 4+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role in a software product environment. + Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), especially in Agile environments. + Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage dependencies across multiple systems. + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills- written, verbal and interpersonal. + Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar. + Experience in document management systems or enterprise content management (ECM) platforms. + Familiarity with integration patterns and API-based communication. + Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. + Experience working in a large enterprise environment + Experience working using Kanban & Agile methodologies. **Posting End Date:** 12 Aug 2025 **_*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants._** **We Value Equal Opportunity** Wells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
