About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant

in the Strategy & Planning Execution department as a part of Commercial Banking. The Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant will provide user acceptance testing and industry leadership to the Customer Due Diligence Tools program within Commercial Banking, in support of the BSA/AML policy standards. In this role, you will:

Coordinate end-to-end UAT validations in a complex Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) environmentCreate and execute on testing plans, testing cases, and test scriptsLead or participate in providing technology initiatives for simple to moderately complex business problems within technology business systemsContribute to the development of systems and procedures that are both cost effective and meet the relevant business requirementsEvaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of planning and direction conducted to resolve complex business problemsPartner with business and technology teams to evaluate moderately complex business problems and lead a team to provide comprehensive technological solutionsAct as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition or improvement to re-engineer technical processesCollaborate and consult with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues in order to provide technological solutions and manage both project schedules and deliverablesCoordinate communication and information flow between business and technology teams


Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

Working experience as a UAT Analyst and UAT Coordinator Working experience in End-to-End UAT coordination Working experience creating project plans, project schedules, and executive level presentations Working experience in an Agile development environment and with Agile project methodologies Experience in writing user stores and acceptance criteria Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle principles Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills – able to present status, facts, thoughts and ideas in a clear, concise, and organized manner Personal dedication and strong work ethic Strong time management skills, with an ability to multi- task, handle multiple test assignments, and prioritize one's own work Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze business requirements Experience with tools such as JIRA, Octane, QC/ALM Experience with creating automation test cases/scripts based on business requirements and/or functional specifications
