Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant

About this role:

The Wells Fargo HR Technology team is looking for a highly qualified Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant to manage the technology applications and vendor portfolios supporting benefits and compensation for Wells Fargo employees.  The portfolio includes 50 applications and third parties, mostly benefits carriers, third-party-hosted services, and a few internally hosted applications.  The goal of the role is to identify and manage technology-related risks and to protect employee data in this high-profile portfolio.  Activities include application modernization and compliance, extensive vendor communication, and assessments for technology, information security, privacy, and related risk management concerns.  A significant portion of the job deals with addressing identify and access management priorities for the portfolio.  This is a fast-paced position demanding exceptional coordination and communication. 


In this role, you will:

Fulfill application management responsibilities for a portfolio of more than 30 applications.Support technology compliance efforts for 30+ benefits and compensation providers.Support complex initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teamsAct as a key participant in providing strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiativesEvaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiativesDefine and lead detailed research on business and technology requests to develop efficient and accurate functional requirementsMake decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence companywide technology solutionsLead project or systems documentation, and monitor and manage project schedules and deliverablesCollaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for complex business problemsEnsure communication and information flow between business and technology teams


Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education2+ years' experience in application management, including technology modernization and compliance.2+ years' experience in third-party management, including vendor management and assessments. 


Desired Qualifications:

Experience with managing Human Resources applications and vendorsExperience with compensation and benefits conceptsExperience with Wells Fargo application and vendor management protocolsExperience with implementing Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) for applicationsExperience with managing penetration testing

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$96,000.00 - $154,000.00
