**About the Job:**
An opportunity has arisen for a **Senior Kitchen** **Technician** to join **the Engineering** at **Jumeirah Messilah Beach** . The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
+ Inspect, maintain, and repair Kitchen and laundry equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
+ Conduct regular preventative maintenance to prevent disruptions and uphold safety and quality standards.
+ Collaborate with the Engineering team on Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Work Actions, and general tasks.
+ Ensure compliance with Fire, Life, and Safety (FLS) systems while maintaining accurate records.
+ Manage inventory levels of Kitchen and Laundry items to maintain required stock levels.
+ Maintain a safe, tidy work environment and adhere to all Engineering Department policies and procedures.
**About You:**
+ Minimum 2 years of experience as a Kitchen and Laundry Technician in a hospitality setting.
+ Expertise in Kitchen equipment maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and computer-based preventive maintenance.
+ Knowledge of Fire, Life & Safety systems, work order systems, and various trades like Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or HVAC.
+ Engineering certificate with at least 1 year of formal training (certified).
+ Strong English communication skills.
