We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in APAC at Penang, Malaysia.
Job Purpose:
Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple sites under their responsibility. Work with 3rd party technical service providers and own staff to ensure all O&M measures are implemented. Ensure compliance to: Health & Safety program; and global O&M practices, policies, strategies, and training programs.Your tasks:
Assists in the management of the day-to-day operations of multiple sites including supervisors and technical service providers. Assists in implementing Country/Global O&M practices, policies, strategies, and training programs. Assists in managing technical budgets for all site(s) under management. Ensures documentation of all work performed is uploaded within DHL maintenance system Planon Responsible in assisting the planning, organizing, and overseeing the maintenance of properties, facilities, equipment and mechanical systems to support operational effectiveness.Competent Chargeman
Review and evaluate systems (Electrical system) at the property Troubleshoot and rectify on control wiring, instrument wirings and electrical components Responsible for coordinating and communicating to relevant parties on all scheduled electrical installation, periodic calibration and shut-down maintenance EC liaisons point of contact EC competent person for monthly submission for site inspection and license renewal Review and evaluate systems (Electrical system) at the property on monthly basis.Your profile:
Education Level:
Vocational or Technical education with specialized technical certification Associates degree in technical fieldExperience Level:
More than 5 years in Facility Management with a technical focus. Previous experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) systemRegulatory Requirement:
