We're now looking for a Senior Technician

\n\nInstall, configure, and calibrate industrial printers and photocopiers.\nDiagnose and repair hardware and software issues related to print systems.\nPerform scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections on machines.\nReplace worn or damaged parts, including rollers, fusers, belts, and drums.\nUpgrade firmware and software as needed, and maintain accurate service logs and documentation.\nTrain colleagues on troubleshooting and proper equipment use, while managing a team of 6 to 8 technicians (80% subject matter expert, 20% team oversight).\n\n

Fault Finding Skills: Demonstrate strong fault-finding abilities to quickly identify and diagnose issues within printing and photocopying equipment, ensuring efficient resolution and minimal disruption to operations.

Attention to Detail: Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in all tasks, from installation and maintenance to documentation, to ensure high-quality service and prevent errors that could impact equipment performance.

\n\n\n

Safety Protocol Compliance: Follow established safety protocols rigorously, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team.

Support and Parts Ordering: Provide support in managing parts inventory and ordering processes, ensuring that necessary components are readily available for repairs and maintenance, thus minimizing downtime.

Team Leadership Responsibilities: As a senior technician, take on the responsibility of leading a team of technicians, fostering a collaborative environment, mentoring team members, and ensuring high standards of performance and service delivery
