In this role, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive recruitment efforts for Engineering positions across North America, with a focus on building and maintaining a robust pipeline of highly qualified, diverse candidates. You will support and fill requisitions, leveraging advanced sourcing techniques and data-driven strategies to meet position requirements from internal, external, and referral candidate pools. This position will report to a Talent Acquisition Manager.
