Senior Technical Support Specialist
The responsibilities and key activities that the Non-KONE Equipment Technical Support Specialist is either accountable for, or responsible to execute.Collect, create, and maintain material technical data for the chosen competitor product in relevant KONE toolsDevelop spare part offering and documentation (AR, PIP) for the chosen competitor product platformProvide material technical support of competitor products spare parts for frontline and global projectsProvide support for competitor equipment material technical issues (SEB Issue tool)Create new alternate equivalent solutions (fit kits, Noctua, service repair packages)Work closely with Procurement team to source the required competitor spare parts.Work closely with CHN FL to define the process and plans.Provide material technical support for competitor equipment nonconformities (info letter)Any other task given by managerPerfromance MeasuresResponse time and closure time of issuesNumber AR documents, Spare articles (SKU)Quality targets e.g. Spare part data accuracy in related system (PDM, SAP, PIP)Behavioral Competences
