Job Description We are working with a reputable international shipping company seeking an experienced and self-driven Technical Superintendent to be their sole representative in Asia, based out of Singapore.

This is a unique opportunity for a capable individual to take full ownership of fleet operations while collaborating with a remote team and driving business performance on the ground.

Key Responsibilities Oversee the technical management of a mixed fleet (Dry Bulk and Tankers)  Act as the main point of contact for all technical and operational matters from the Singapore office. Work closely with the Fleet Manager based in Europe and coordinate seamlessly with the global team. Ensure vessels operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements. Manage technical budgets, dry dock planning, and maintenance schedules. Liaise with clients and stakeholders, ensuring a high level of service and operational excellence. Ideal Candidate Profile Experienced Technical Superintendent, ideally within a ship management environment. Must have prior experience managing both dry and tanker vessels, or at minimum, strong dry bulk vessel management exposure. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a fleet with minimal supervision. Commercial acumen and client-facing experience are essential. Excellent communicator who is confident in dealing with both internal stakeholders and external partners. Must be based in Singapore – Local applicants only.
