Prioritize program activities as necessary to meet performance goals. + **Work with cross functional teams to lead the development of the following plans in accordance with the DOE Scope of Work and Guidelines provided by ICF:** + Home Assessment Approach and Processes + Decarb Plan and Roadmap + Utility Data Access Plan **What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):** + Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field (or applicants can substitute one year of related experience for one year of education) + 12+ years of experience in residential energy efficiency programs or related experience **What we would like you to have:** + Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field + Experience designing and implementing residential energy efficiency programs + Experience developing program structures and workflows + In-depth knowledge of energy efficiency technologies and best practices, including familiarity with the latest industry trends and innovations **Professional skills you will use:** + Strong understanding of energy efficiency principles and practices + Proficiency in energy auditing and assessment tools + Excellent project management skills + Ability to analyze and interpret data related to energy consumption and savings + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders **Working at ICF** ICF is a global advisory and technology services provider, but we’re not your typical consultants.
