ICF is looking for a self-starting individual to provide program launch support for the awarded CEC EBD DI program administered through the County of Los Angeles. This program will accelerate residential building decarbonization efforts in low-income communities across Southern California’s six-county region.

**What you will be doing:**
+ Developing and managing comprehensive project plans.
+ Ensure that the project is executed in accordance with technical specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Prioritize program activities as necessary to meet performance goals.
+ **Work with cross functional teams to lead the development of the following plans in accordance with the DOE Scope of Work and Guidelines provided by ICF:**
+ Home Assessment Approach and Processes
+ Decarb Plan and Roadmap
+ Utility Data Access Plan
**What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field (or applicants can substitute one year of related experience for one year of education)
+ 12+ years of experience in residential energy efficiency programs or related experience
**What we would like you to have:**
+ Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
+ Experience designing and implementing residential energy efficiency programs
+ Experience developing program structures and workflows
+ In-depth knowledge of energy efficiency technologies and best practices, including familiarity with the latest industry trends and innovations
**Professional skills you will use:**
+ Strong understanding of energy efficiency principles and practices
+ Proficiency in energy auditing and assessment tools
+ Excellent project management skills
+ Ability to analyze and interpret data related to energy consumption and savings
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders

**Pay Range** - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$129,981.00 - $220,967.00
