**Qualifications:** **Minimum Qualifications** + **10+ years** of progressive experience in cybersecurity or IT architecture roles, with **7+ years directly in IAM/IDSec disciplines** . + Proven execution as a Business Development Manager (BDM), Sale Leader and / or technical strategist, supporting enterprise sales teams and shaping domain strategy. + Experience presenting to and influencing **C-level executives** , both internally and externally. + Demonstrated expertise in at least three of the following areas: + Identity Governance (SailPoint, Saviynt) + Privileged Access Management (CyberArk, BeyondTrust) + Access Management (Okta, Ping, ForgeRock) + Identity Federation, SAML/OIDC/OAuth2 + Zero Trust Architecture + Passwordless and Modern Authentication + Non-human Identitites, OT/IoT infrastrcture + Deep understanding of the **IDSec vendor landscape** , solution evaluation, partner relationships, and emerging trends. **Education & Certifications** + Bachelor’s degree required; preference for Business, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related fields. + Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or Business is a plus. + Professional certifications strongly preferred (e.g., **CISSP, CCSP, CISM, CEH, CCNA** ). **What Sets This Role Apart** This is a **career-defining opportunity** for a senior technologist to grow into a **global leadership position** in one of the most strategic domains in cybersecurity. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $220,000.00 to $250,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs.
