Senior Technical Solutions Architect – Identity Security

**Qualifications:**
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ **10+ years** of progressive experience in cybersecurity or IT architecture roles, with **7+ years directly in IAM/IDSec disciplines** .
+ Proven execution as a Business Development Manager (BDM), Sale Leader and / or technical strategist, supporting enterprise sales teams and shaping domain strategy.
+ Experience presenting to and influencing **C-level executives** , both internally and externally.
+ Demonstrated expertise in at least three of the following areas:
+ Identity Governance (SailPoint, Saviynt)
+ Privileged Access Management (CyberArk, BeyondTrust)
+ Access Management (Okta, Ping, ForgeRock)
+ Identity Federation, SAML/OIDC/OAuth2
+ Zero Trust Architecture
+ Passwordless and Modern Authentication
+ Non-human Identitites, OT/IoT infrastrcture
+ Deep understanding of the **IDSec vendor landscape** , solution evaluation, partner relationships, and emerging trends.
**Education & Certifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree required; preference for Business, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
+ Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or Business is a plus.
+ Professional certifications strongly preferred (e.g., **CISSP, CCSP, CISM, CEH, CCNA** ).

**Other Details**
+ **Travel:** Up to 20%, primarily for strategic client meetings, executive briefings, and OEM summits.
+ **Autonomy:** You’ll determine strategy and execution approaches in coordination with the Practice Manager and executive team.
+ **Location:** Open to remote candidates across the U.S.; proximity to key markets is a plus.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $220,000.00 to $250,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
