We are deeply passionate about data and technology, and our mission is to accelerate FinOps’ digital transformation journey, drive AI adoption, and foster a data-first culture—enabling FinOps to achieve its strategic goals with greater agility, intelligence, and impact. We equip FinOps teams with precise and consistent knowledge of the organizational data and provide insights that lead to action, enabling teams to create value for the organization by automating and digitalizing financial processes and operations. The Technical Solution Manager coordinates between business and engineering teams to tackle business challenges and technology integrations. They translate complex issues into requirements for engineers, design roadmaps, and develop technical solutions. They prioritize problems, define success metrics, and partner with engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions. They also conduct user testing, track project schedules, and prepare business users for new tech implementations, ensuring everything aligns with business goals. This role demands deep expertise in both technology and business operations.
