The Senior Technical Sales Engineer for Life Sciences will be responsible for managing and driving critical environment sales through our partner channel.  This role can be based in any major U.S. city, must be located near a major airport.

 
As a Senior Technical Sales Engineer, you will:

Assume responsibility for annual growth targets Develop strategies and business plans to grow account base and to meet or exceed corporate sales targets Prospect and onboard new accounts Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers at all position levels through civic and professional meetings, sales meetings, workshops, joint sales calls, and trade shows Support customers with training, technical support and project quotes Monitor sales activity and conduct regular reviews with customers Assist the Product Development team with new product roll outs including training, supporting documents, competitive analysis, test sights, promotions, and all other relevant activities

You will make an impact with these qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or state-recognized GED  3+ years of experience with Building Automation and/or HVAC Products 5+ years of experience in critical environment/life science/pharmaceutical environments 3+ years of prior account management, new business development, or related customer-facing (such as project management) experience Willing and available to travel 30-40% of the time  Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship  Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree Strong communication and presentation skills Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and business goals 5+ years of experience with Building Automation and/or HVAC Products 5+ years of experience selling within distributor and contractor verticals 5+ years of prior account management and new business development experience

The pay range for this position is $107,520 - $184,320 annually with a target incentive of 25% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
