**Overview**
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top technical talent across various functions such as Software Engineering, DevOps, Data Science, and Product Management. You’ll play a key role in shaping our hiring strategy and building high-performing teams that drive innovation and growth
**Responsibilities**
+ Successfully handle full life cycle recruitment from interview preparation to final offer negotiation
+ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and team goals
+ Source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events
+ Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with both technical requirements and team fit.
+ Manage candidate pipelines and provide a seamless and positive candidate experience
+ Work closely with our People teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process
+ Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in technical recruitment
+ Lead candidates seamlessly through the interview process by setting expectations and providing thoughtful feedback.
+ Provide regular status updates to the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers and be accountable for all active positions.
+ Fully and accurately use our applicant tracking system to maintain candidate records.
**Qualifications**
+ 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced tech or startup environment
+ Deep understanding of technical roles, technologies, and terminology (e.g., front-end/back-end, cloud platforms, data structures)
+ Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search, etc.)
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
+ Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously
+ Passionate about delivering exceptional candidate experiences and fostering a strong employer brand
+ Ability to work autonomously yet seek counsel when necessary
+ Strong ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining extraordinary attention to detail

Compensation Range: $74,000 - $116,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
