As a Recruiter, Core Engineering with Intuit the expectations are high. You will be expected to be expert at your craft while influencing top talent and business leaders to make well informed decisions through data insights and market intelligence. You will create best in class experiences that delight candidates and managers while being a multiplier for your team through mentoring and training.

As the Recruiter partnering with our engineering organizations, you will be in a unique position to affect product outcomes by bringing the best engineering talent to Intuit. Our engineering teams create products for our small business and consumer products and partner with data, product management, and design teams.  You will be expected to think broadly and implement strategies to acquire, assess and close top engineering talent to help the company reach its product and revenue goals.

Examples of your work will include:

Partnering with HR and engineering leaders to create a shared assessment modelCreating opportunities to influence external engineering talent for long range hiring goalsPartnering with other recruiters and sourcers in developing a community of “Ready Now/Ready Later” talent Provide hiring insights through metrics and analysis reporting to business and TA leaders
