Job Title: Senior Technical Recruiter Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead and drive end-to-end recruitment for complex and senior-level technical roles across the organization, including positions such as Alliance & Partner Enterprise Solution Architects and other high-impact, niche profiles. This role requires strong expertise in technical hiring, stakeholder management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment. **Key Responsibilities:** + **End-to-End Recruitment:** Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and closing senior-level technical candidates. + **Stakeholder Management:** Partner closely with hiring managers, technical leaders, and HR business partners to understand hiring needs and role requirements. + **Sourcing Strategy:** Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract top talent across multiple geographies, using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and specialized networks. + **Candidate Assessment:** Screen candidates for both technical and behavioral fit, ensuring alignment with role requirements and organizational culture. + **Market Intelligence:** Provide market insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring trends. + **Candidate Experience:** Ensure a seamless and high-quality candidate experience from first contact through offer and onboarding. + **Employer Branding:** Represent the organization at external events, online communities, and in social media to strengthen the employer brand for technical talent. + **Offer Management:** Collaborate with compensation teams to draft and negotiate competitive offers. **Key Skills & Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Engineering, or related field. + **7+ years of experience** in technical recruitment, preferably with experience in hiring senior-level or enterprise architecture roles. + Strong understanding of technical skill sets including **hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, Google), Salesforce, SAP, Adobe, CcaaS platforms (Genesys, NICE), RPA, AI, and data platforms.** + Experience managing hiring across global regions (Asia Pacific, EMEA, Americas) is a plus. + Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and candidates. + Excellent sourcing and assessment skills; knowledge of advanced Boolean, X-ray search, and talent mapping. + Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. + Experience working in an enterprise or fast-scaling environment. + Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment metrics. **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):** + Time-to-fill + Offer-to-acceptance ratio + Candidate pipeline quality + Hiring manager satisfaction score + Diversity hiring targets + Cost per hire **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience hiring for Fortune 500 or global technology companies. + Familiarity with certifications (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) and technical interview assessments. + Ability to recruit for multilingual roles (Japanese, Mandarin, Korean, French, Spanish, German, Italian).
