Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager in Irving, TX. Summary: We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager with proven experience leading Agile CMS website implementations-preferably with Optimizely v12. This role will own project delivery, timeline management, risk mitigation, and team coordination across distributed nearshore, offshore, and onshore teams. Key Responsibilities: * Lead end-to-end delivery of the website redesign and implementation in Optimizely v12 * Manage Agile Scrum ceremonies (planning, standups, demos, retrospectives) in a two-week sprint cadence * Collaborate with business stakeholders, UX/design teams, architects, and developers to drive alignment and progress * Monitor project risks, dependencies, scope, and quality; escalate as needed * Own and maintain the project roadmap, sprint plans, and status reports * Coordinate across time zones and ensure effective communication with nearshore/offshore resources
