Responsibilities: * Lead initiatives that involve collaboration across various departments, adapting quickly to changing priorities with an agile, positive, and solutions-oriented mindset to ensure project success * Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and high-level executive presentations to track progress and communicate updates effectively * Gather and translate business requirements from proposals into technical specifications and project scope documentation * Collaborate with technical leadership to ensure the technical direction aligns with standards, while also advocating for optimal technical approaches and solutions when those standards may not be a suitable fit * Ensure that each program or project has well-defined artifacts, including project plans, work breakdown structures, clearly defined user stories, project checklists, and budgets that align with approved financing and staffing availability within established time frames * Facilitate assessments to evaluate project outcomes, identifying successes, areas for improvement, and lessons learned * Support the Strategy & Planning Team in aligning project goals with organizational priorities, maintaining PMO processes, and implementing standards
