Our Project Management team enables and executes great work in the smartest way possible. We are passionate about transforming ideas into results as we constantly negotiate, organize and understand the ever-changing landscape of digital marketing and technology. You’ll help create dynamic digital experiences and integrated campaigns for our clients. Our project work includes data and analytics solutions, experience design and development, digital and social media campaigns, eCommerce and CMS implementations, CRM programs and application development. As a Technical Project Manager, you will not only help develop and execute the plans that allow our teams to create exciting work – you’ll also supervise project managers and oversee large programs of work. Read on. **Responsibilities** **What you’ll do -** **As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will:** **Program & Project Delivery** + Lead cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale technical programs with data as a central component, across multiple markets and stakeholders. + Translate high-level business objectives into executable plans, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and on-quality delivery. + Manage complex project dependencies and ensure alignment with strategic goals. + Establish and track key delivery metrics to monitor progress and performance across all project and junior project managers. **Product & Stakeholder Management** + Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Technical Architects to translate business needs into clear product roadmaps and delivery timelines. + Facilitate requirements gathering, user story grooming, and backlog prioritization. + Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure transparent communication on project status, risks, and resolutions. **Governance & Process Excellence** + Own the implementation of delivery best practices, risk management, and change control protocols. + Ensure traceability and visibility of delivery progress using tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, and related dashboards. + Drive continuous improvement across delivery pipelines, incorporating agile and hybrid delivery models where appropriate. **Data-Focused Project Exposure** + Oversee the delivery of initiatives involving the capture, consolidation, processing, and utilization of enterprise and consumer data. + Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and platform teams to ensure data quality, security, and governance standards are met. + Support the implementation of analytics tools, customer insight initiatives, and data integrations across business functions. **Day-to-day, your role includes:** + Setting up projects for success (right team, properly planned, client alignment) + Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects + Keeping clients and internal teams moving in the same direction + Effectively handling risk, escalating when needed and assisting the team in resolution + Adept at communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders + Contributing to the development of methodologies, standards and best practices to streamline processes and create efficiencies for the Project Management capability and train team members when applicable + Experiencing something new every day **Qualifications** **We’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:** + Minimum 8–10 years of experience in technical delivery, with at least 3 years in a senior role managing enterprise-level programs. + Demonstrated experience delivering initiatives in or for the **FMCG industry** , preferably across multiple geographies. + Proven background in leading data-related initiatives involving ingestion, transformation, governance, and reporting. + Strong experience using **JIRA** , **Confluence** , Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack, Trello and **ServiceNow** to manage technical workflows, incidents, and project backlogs. + Experience with SDLC and Agile Methodologies + Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with competing priorities. + Familiarity with modern data platforms, cloud infrastructure, and API-based system integrations. + Exposure to global rollouts or regional deployment programs in the FMCG space. **You are the right person if you:** + Demonstrate grit and extreme ownership + Exude positivity + Aren’t afraid to share your ideas + Meet problems head-on and view them as opportunities + Are self-reliant and motivated + Communicate fearlessly + Analytical thinking and problem solving + Detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy + Understanding of technology, web & databases + PMP and/or CSM Certification (is a plus)
