WHO WE ARE:
Site Reliability Engineering at Redfin enables our teams to fully own their services, lowering operational costs while advancing our observability, incident response, and operational excellence programs. We work with platform owners to develop and surface minimum operational standards for teams, allowing service owners to make educated decisions around where to invest. We build workshops to meet teams at their current operational level while educating them on new standards, capabilities, and best practices. We engage with teams to help them build a path forward for solving their biggest reliability or operational issues. Our work affects all parts of the stack—from consulting on resilient feature design to optimizing diagnose-and-response workflows. We’re currently focused on reducing the frequency and duration of business-impacting incidents across Redfin.
