Whether through research and development, technology innovation or solution engineering, our team members play a vital role in connecting consumers with the products and platforms of tomorrow. **Job Duties and Responsibilities** **Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview, which may include a live whiteboarding or technical assessment session.** A Senior Program Manager for Infrastructure/Operations is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of Infrastructure IT security projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals. **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead planning and execution of Infrastructure, Operations, and Security programs, including scope, goals, and deliverables + Present status, negotiate with stakeholders, and coordinate across senior leadership, customers, and IT teams + Develop program governance, executive reports, roadmaps, and full-scale plans in collaboration with IT and business teams + Assemble program teams, manage resource allocation, schedules, meetings, and track deliverables using RAID and other tools + Monitor progress, risks, and issues; provide regular reports with solutions and implement necessary program changes + Oversee evaluations, post-deployment assessments, and ensure program objectives and outputs are met **Skills, Experience and Requirements** **Education and Experience:** + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years program management experience in Infrastructure, Operations, or Security + 8+ years in IT with technical expertise in infrastructure, security, and vendor management + Proven skills in people management, strategic planning, risk, and change management + Proficient in GSuite, Visio, MS Project; PMP certification and advanced degree preferred + Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, UNIX, SQL, storage, networking, AWS/cloud, and security monitoring tools **Skills and Qualifications:** + Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage IT management, development, infrastructure teams, and senior executives + Solid understanding of program management principles, tools, and technical hardware program management techniques + Experience working with Vendor SOWs, RFPs, contracts, and familiarity with IT systems, Agile, and SDLC + Skilled negotiator and facilitator, able to build consensus and manage customer expectations throughout program delivery + Ability to translate business strategies into technical requirements and consult with customers at a business level + Proven leadership in complex IT environments, adaptable to change, with excellent decision-making and presentation abilities Visa sponsorship not available for this role **Salary Ranges** Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year **Benefits** We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits .
