Oracle’s Cloud Infrastructure team is building new Infrastructure-as-a-Service technologies that operate at high scale in a broadly distributed multi-tenant cloud environment. Our customers run their businesses on our cloud, and our mission is to provide them with best-in-class compute, storage, networking, database, security, and an ever-expanding set of foundational cloud-based services.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead and coordinate complex technology programs across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with exceptional program management skills, driving projects from concept to delivery while collaborating with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

BS in Computer Science, or any relevant technical field 5+ years of experience in technical program management, product management, or software engineering with a proven track record of managing large-scale, complex technical projects. Strong technical background with experience in software development, system architecture, or infrastructure. Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineers. Expertise in project/program management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban, JIRA, MS Project). Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
