AT&T is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager based in Mexico City. In this role, you will perform end-to-end IT project management throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring alignment with client goals, business strategies, and industry best practices, while managing concurrent projects of varying complexity across multiple regions and functions. You will be responsible for all aspects of technical project and program management in support of AT&T's product development portfolio.
**What you will do:**
+ Conduct end-to-end project management of large, company-wide programs that are cross-functional and/or strategic in nature.
+ Identify key internal and external stakeholders necessary for project completion and develop overall strategy for execution of high-value projects.
+ Help define project scope and objectives; guide activities of a project/program team, including delegating tasks to team members, identifying resources, and establishing a master timeline for deliverables.
+ Work and communicate effectively with external vendors and internal stakeholders to champion project(s) across the entire organization.
+ Conduct project/program meetings and be responsible for project/program tracking and analysis.
+ Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project/program deliverables.
+ Recommend and take action to direct the analysis and solutions of major problems.
**What you will need:**
+ Experience leading large, cross-functional teams to complete projects or program deliverables within allotted timeline and budget.
+ Ability to develop detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
+ Experience managing high-value, long-term strategic projects that involve new and/or enhanced technology, are highly complex, and require tight coordination and integration with multiple organizations and suppliers.
+ Experience providing overall direction and technical or analytical guidance to project and program teams that typically span multiple organizations and may also include outside suppliers/vendors.
**What you will bring:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
+ Experience: Typically requires 5+ years of experience in technical program/project management, ideally with an engineering or strong technical background.
+ Fully bilingual: must speak, read, and write in Spanish and English.
+ This position is hybrid, and you may be expected to go into an office 1–3 times per week.
