Senior Technical Program Manager, Operations
Google
Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of experience with Resource Management and Technical Program Management in Data Center Operations.
+ 5 years of experience with capacity planning or infrastructure, managing compute and storage capacity.
+ 5 years of experience of working with SQL and scripting in Python.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Experience collaborating and influencing stakeholders spanning across multiple organizations and different levels of responsibilities.
+ Ability to shift between detailed analysis and critical thinking and customizing communication based on the audience.
+ Ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

+ Lead complex defragmentation programs, communicating and coordinating with stakeholder and partner teams.
+ Drive objectives for timeline reduction and increased defrag scale by identifying and implementing process improvements, and working with teams to identify and scope software improvements.
+ Communicate project objectives, ongoing status, and long-term plans to stakeholders, leadership and partners.
